TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is important to us that we build a strong and mutually respectful relationship with our clients, and we don’t expect to need recourse to formal Terms & Conditions often if at all….. we can usually be pretty flexible and will always try to accommodate if plans change etc. However, to ensure things are clear and that we can protect our business if necessary, here are the T&Cs.
All Courses:
Submission of booking questionnaire to Hamble Hounds constitutes an Agreement to occupy a place on the course, and the full Course Fee becomes payable whether or not that place is taken up.
Refunds are not available unless (1) we are able to fill the place in full or part (refund will be pro rata and less an admin fee) or (2) there are exceptional circumstances when any refund is entirely at the discretion of Hamble Hounds.
Bitches coming into and in season cannot come to any class. A Credit Note valid for 4 months will be made available in this case.
Personal Sessions:
Submission of the Questionnaire Form to Hamble Hounds constitutes an Agreement to pay for a session with a Hamble Hounds trainer for the cost described on the Questionnaire Form.
There is no cancellation fee provided that any such meeting is cancelled before the trainer sets out. If there is no cancellation, and the Hamble Hounds trainer travels or begins to travel to the agreed location, the full fee as described on the Questionnaire Form is payable on that day whether or not the meeting takes place.
Insurance
We hold public and professional liability insurance, to instruct. The owners of our venues do not accept any responsibilities whatsoever for any injuries or losses sustained.
Clients should make sure that their dog is covered through their own insurance in case of accident or injury caused to a third person or their dog.
The client remains responsible of their dog's actions at all times.
All dogs must be kept on a lead unless specifically requested otherwise.
Safety
We may need to manage the movement of dogs carefully depending on the issues present.
Please listen to instructions and explanations carefully, and ask if you are unsure.
This is particularly important in the "I'm Not Always Nice" series of courses.
As a general safety principle, in all circumstances, we advise that no dogs should be approached; if you do it is strictly at your own risk.
